Shipping Policy

1. Scope & Overview
Woow Golf BV ships all orders from our warehouse in Antwerp, Belgium, to customers throughout the European Union and to Switzerland and Iceland.
We currently do not ship to Norway for tax reasons. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to add Norway again in the future.
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 CET, or during weekends and public holidays, are processed the next working day.
All available shipping options, delivery times, and total costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Costs & Carriers
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €100 within our delivery zone.
For orders below €100, the following standard rates apply (for parcels up to 80 × 15 × 15 cm):

We currently do not offer express or same-day shipping.
Deliveries are handled by bpost, DPD, or PostNL, depending on destination.
A tracking link is sent automatically by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier capacity, holidays, or customs delays.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase (or within a longer agreed timeframe), you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
All products are shipped from Belgium.

EU deliveries: Prices include VAT at the rate applicable in your delivery country. No customs duties apply.

EEA deliveries outside the EU (Switzerland, Iceland): Local import VAT and/or customs fees may apply upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Woow Golf provides all required customs documentation to facilitate smooth delivery.
5. Risk & Ownership
Woow Golf remains responsible for goods until they are delivered to the customer or to a designated pickup point. Ownership transfers upon receipt.
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact info@woow.golf within 5 days, including photos of the item and packaging.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.

Returns within Belgium: Free.

Returns from other EU/EEA countries: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

7. Geo-Blocking & Equal Access
Woow Golf complies with EU Regulation 2018/302 on geo-blocking.
All EU and EEA customers have equal access to our webshop, regardless of nationality or country of residence.
We do not block, redirect, or discriminate in pricing or delivery conditions based on location.
8. Delays & Changes
If your order is delayed or an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified promptly and offered an updated delivery estimate or a full refund.
